That red slot connector on all pachinkos/pachislos

On the back/inside all pachis (modern, anyway ), there's a red connector with a slot in the center, ever wonder what it's for? It's to check the rom and make sure it's not bad/tampered with. Also appears to connect to that 'phone' connector also.

This company sells a lot of anti-cheat devices, mostly plastic guards, must be a lot of ways to slip something past the edge of the cases and trip/fool stuff.

do you suppose the hose coming to the upper tray just supplies more, without a dongle?

is it a counter on the top? what do you think the fan at the bottom does?

You mean the one with the orange Sanyo frame in it? It's a testing framework. Not sure if the hose sends it a constant supply or it's like a ball loan system. The 'fan' at the bottom, I'm assuming your talking about the black part, is a transformer. I would think that counter does more than the standard parlor counters.

just not the One Touch locking system, has this mounting/angle adjusting system on it
