    Leave a negative feedback, NOW!
    They should not get the paypal $ and Ebay will charge them more to list.
    I had a bad seller (so it seemed) sold broken item and I didn't get any response from email. Once the Neg feedback hit him he called right away and we worked it out. I later changed the feedback to positive.
    the Seller has to request the feedback be changed.
