Ebay seller warning

I wanted to post a warning with respect to a guy that's selling pachikos on Ebay. Actually, he's not really selling them. He takes the money and runs. At least that was my experience.

He goes by fixall-01

Someone bid on his latest auction and I'm hoping that it wasn't anybody from this community. The guy has been misleading, made promises then retracted, and in the end tricked me into paying him then decided not to sell and cut off all communication. He isn't even being coy about it at this point. It's basically, "Yeah, and what're you going to do about it?" I'd hate to see someone else going through this headache.

file a compalint with ebay and ask paypal to refund your funds.

I have done that. I also am filing for a reverse payment with my bank.
I'm saving the negative feedback for tomorrow, giving him one last chance to make good. But I doubt this guy, in his first Ebay experience (at least with this account), will care much about that.

It is just really getting started big time on ebay and craigs list. The major claim is I do not accept paypal would you send a check, money order or cash. They just finally after three years arrested a guy in Spokane, Washington who had sold over a Hundred thousand dollars worth of stuff and never delivered. I have really only had one real bad experience and I am grateful I used paypal. The guy kept shining me on and then stopped communication.
Besides his name do you have any other information as to city...

Looks like he's from Norman, Oklahoma. Thats south of Oklahoma City.

He actually left a phone number and zip code in his last ebay item description. He has the nerve to state he sent Sioux the last machine and how much the shipping was. Wow.

This mahine has lights on it. I dont know much about it except that it is in pretty good shape. I dont know if the lights work or how to hook it up but it appears fairly simple to do. the shipping will depend upon your location. It weighs 30 pounds. It is 21'' x 32'' x 10'' deep. The front has plexiglass on it. The shipping on the last one was 60 dollars to get to 98205 area code from 73072. If you want it insured then you need to let me know and allow a little extra money for the insurance. xxx xxx xxxx for questions.

Don't be ashamed... your frustration is warranted. I guess personal info is just better handled thru private means on an open forum.

Personal Emails, telephone numbers, private addresses etc, are usually removed, whoever's they may be, because they can be seen outside of PachiTalk

Sorry to hear about the bad experience Sioux.

After hundreds of transactions on eBay, I can say I've ran up against a couple of bad sellers out there. In my cases, they all turned out to be seller error and PayPal got me my money back. I hope the same happens for you.

I totally understand Pachitalk not wanting people sharing this type of information on an open forum. It's irresponsible and I wouldn't want somebody doing that with my info either. Glad they stopped me.

All that said, I need you all to grab your pitchforks and torches and hop a plane OK and do something about this

Joking. As much as I'd like to have that machine, there will be others. I'll get my money back. I've had very few bad seller experiences on Ebay, so I consider myself lucky. Just want to help others avoid the problem.
