I'm not the kinda person who watches the news every night but i do make a poor attempt at keeping up with current events..

with the houseing bubble burst and dead things appear to be on the long road to recovery.. by no streach do i think my local area is in the clear but im hoping things are on the mend.

I have also heard bits about how this has affected every other streach of the world...Even DaveRob was talking about how the strengh of the doller was efecting a simple Dongle... but i did not have a clue things in Europe were such a mess

all of this cause some one wanted to put every American in a house...

No, because some bankers wanted to put people in houses too big for them so they could make oodles of money (not their banks, but they themselves).

in Florida it was the greedy investors who bought homes and flipped them, and one day we had way to many homes built for real buyers.

home prices were skyrocketing and then the bubble burst and the investors walked away and stuck the banks with the property.

banks were also approving large loans for homes people couldn't afford

correct me if im wrong but wasent there a directive from the goverment to make it easier for people to get home loans???
