    Default Transformer Specification Question

Alright as I have previously mentioned my knowledge of electronics extends to turning whatever it is, on and off. I am trying to purchase a transformer identical to one in one of my machines to power another similar machine (Satomi). The specs on the trnasformer say 11V and 2.5 A.
Now I know the input is 100V (for Japanese current) and I am assuming the 11V and 2.5A numbers refer to the output or what the machine runs off of. My problem is that when doing a search online with those specs all sorts of transformers come up. They look similar to my existing one but I know some specs can be plus or minus some amount in relation to what I need and others need to be the exact same to prevent damage. Anyone know off hand what would work for my application? I'll do the research I just need to know what I am looking for. Thanks!!!

Aha!! My man Mopar steps up. Thanks! Funny enough I happen to have one of those laying around to power up a PFlash but I have more pressing needs at the moment.
Ok, question: The transformer in my working Satomi sez 11V and 2.5 A on the only side I can see. Does the machine only pull what it needs?
