Dust storm from the Sahara

a couple times a year we experience a phenomenon here were due to winds blowing across the Sahara in Africa bring dust/sand

its so bad that it is like a fog, a dirt fog. for the last few days we have been experiencing this phenomenon.

first picture is from yesterday at about 1 PM and the second picture is from today again at about 1 pm

as you can see you cant see the mountain in the background..

we are lucky it didnt rain this time.. usually it rains and that just creates a mud effect.. perfect for cars

i have see things about his before... how bad is it?? does it bother your breathing

usually they advise people with breathing issues and the extremely young/old to stay indoors.
to avoid possible issues.

well we had a second run in with the African dust the other day..

this time however it rained...
