    Default Keeps blowing fuse

I have a street fighter 2 my two questions are

I keep blowing the 12A fuse on the circuit board inside the power supply. The minute I I flick the switch to the on position the fuse blows. I know its not the machine itself since I used a different power supply as well as transformer and didnt have any issues. So I am assuming its all in the one power supply. Any suggestions?? Where can you buy power supplies.

Also where can I buy these fuses I know radio shack doesnt carry then are the a online order only type thing or are there any american equivalent??

I'd suspect that at one point in it's life the machine has been plugged straight into a 120v wall socket without a 24v step down transformer.

On most machines there is a 'crowbar' device immediately after the fuse. It is designed to go short circuit if the machine is connected to a voltage that is too high for it and immediately blow the main fuse. It is likely that this device is now permanently short circuit and will need to be removed or replaced.

I have this very same problem with my Yellow Cab, I would also like to know if I can replace the power supply, or if there is a smaller part that can be replaced to repair the machine. Do I need to import an exact replacement, or is it possible to use modified PC or arcade power supplies?

I also noticed that the earth cable was hanging loose, I guess I should have connected it to an earth source before the problem happened, could this have caused the problem in the first way?

This is what it looks like, I was not aware that there are more than one fuse on the machine. The second photo is of the power supply that started smoking slightly when the second replaced fuse burnt, so I'm unsure if it can be repaired.
