I thought this machine would be similar to the T-bird. On the L-man, the upper center pocket opens all the tulips. The upper right and left pockets only pay a jackpot. Either joker tulip, closes everything.
Going to put the 2 machines side by side and compare them.
I had a broken wire that I re-soldered to one of the solenoids. Other than that, I didn't change anything.
sounds like your is wired the right way... Emmadog's discription is right on... after playing the Good LT's machines side by side the similarities are so cloos to be cool and so different to be amazing...

i would not ever consider cuting the wires on the l-man to split the joker.. the Lt's play and pay nearly the same as is..

Yes as a comment I have my two machines side by side with the Mopar patent cabinents that hold about 8000 balls each. I have only put about 3000 in each machine as that is what my catch pan holds. I play them till they run out of balls in the top. The Thunderbird is probably just a little more generous than the little man but 90% of the time go threw all of the balls in the top and do not run out. I would say they are close to a hundred per cent pay the way the nails are. You sure would not make money on them but it makes them fun to play.
Over the hills and threw the woods, pachi hunting we go.
