    First off - Welcome!

Second, can you be more specific? Can you post a detailed description of the problem with pictures? We'd love to help - we just need the info.

By middle wheel do you mean a center reel..is it a 3 reel machine?? Or do you mean part of the center feature..if so that will spin whenever the machine is on..

As for not shooting balls..If it was a CR machine it will need to have a dongle to shoot...if it has 2 buttons and a little screen on the front ball tray then it might need a dongle..

Other than that, make sure the back hopper is full and the top front tray is full and make sure your hand is making good contact with the shooter knob when you turn the ring to shoot...

And as said above, pics do help

    Oh, and...

    Welcome to PachiTalk!!

As previously said, pics would help greatly to see which era of machine we are dealing with here, pics of front and rear would be great

The name 'Future Trend' seems to ring a distant bell with me, I remember posting something with that wording on before, here's the pic, is this same as yours??

if you are new to pachinko then the following link may help, you will find details on 'Pachinko - Modern Day Operation' you can use this to compare what is happening with your own machine

PachiTalk Research Center - FAQ - Pachinko - PachiTalk

And If you could describe what is actually happening with yours when you try and shoot, then hopefully the members can help you sort it
