    Default Can cells be cyclic?

I think I already know the answer to this one but just want confirmation to make sure.

I have my eye on a cell on YJA but the machine it comes in is cyclic. When a machine is made cyclic is the cell effected in any way or is it just the frame that's modified?

It's usually the frame that's converted, although I suppose some cells may need something done, but I think it's rare.

well, I would say it depend of the pachinko. for my horror Mansion, it was converted to semi-cyclic and both the cell and frame was modified.

I've been able to convert it back to parlor mode because the modification was not that much destructive.

Thanks. Having looked at the other cells I have for this frame I think I'll be safe more than likely it will be the frame that's modified.

Looks like I'll be getting in touch with Kiai.

An extra cell here and there won't make a difference. It's full machines I don't have room for.

Kiai got the cell for me. Let's hope it works in my frame. Going to have to wait a couple of months. Being the skinflint that I am I plunged for the slow boat shipping. This will also be less of a shock on the wife when it turns up seeing as I only got a new machine last week.

Need a clue what it is?

well. I have a star wars coming that is "automatic" per kiai.

I hope that means cyclic and I hope it means reversible.

we shall see. I was curious as to how they did it anyhow, and this was one that someone posted at $85 USD, so how could i lose, eh?

it's made it to kiai's, so I will fedex it back and see...

Great price!! That's the thing with buying direct from Japan. Machines dirt cheap but then your hit hard by the shipping.
