I can't imagine anyone would spend a couple of hundred dollars with this guy after reading his ad. Looking at his feedback he has sold a couple machines in the past, though. Unfortunately, he does "private" auctions, so you can't see what he sold!
Well I have the company name and person to contact if you "doubt it". They do Budweiser and Beatles and "many others"...how legit it is is really up to them and their lawyers. We have been thru all this before : basically if Harley doesn't contact Ebay , Ebay won't do anything about it.On the issue of some company mass producing these, I doubt a legitimate company would take the risk.
So that means my idea of a new ID and getting his address to go kick the california outta him isn't on the "to do list" huh? :-( That's too bad. I thought it one of my better ideas.
Maybe we could just do the spell check thing on his nasty little "I'm doing it to you, because I don't think you can do anything to me without cuttin' your own throat" email, and send it back to him with a note that says "congratulations, you've been held back to the second grade until you learn to SPELL!"? it's much kinder, anyhow. :twisted:

Is this the company selling graphics kits in eBay for $9.50 BIN? I noticed they do not mention any of their work, they just say email for a list; however, when someone emailed, they were told to call but gave no number. Any quess as to why they would operate like this :?: :twisted:

Hello all. Well I made it to new york and sitting in a hotel room at the Hilton Just a few blocks from Radio City Music Hall.
I am just going to ignore this guy for now and see what happens in the future with his auctions. I don't think he will last long and it is not worth the trouble right now and there is a good chance he will just go way. I don't think other people will use my graphics because the ones I posted on the auction are not that high of resolution and they will look pretty bad blown up 17 inches for a belly glass.

I took that wing style graphic, added the black flame to the side, created the Betty Boop text curved on the wing graphic complete with outline text effect and then added betty boop to the foreground.

I am sure that in real life his glass looks like crap because blowing up a 700 pixel graphic that big is going to be pixel city. My graphic is vector based meaning I can blow it up the size of a billboard and it would still be razor sharp.

I think it's obvious Dapperdan created the graphic in question and waynejj has stolen it for his own attempt to make profit.
No Dapperdan didn't make the "Harley" logo nor did he create "Betty Boop", tho I do believe he created the image he used thus making it his own artistic image. Whether is was the combination of 2 exsiting images or a complete from scratch design, I don't know, but the end result is a one of a kind image not meant for public domain and use other than for the original creator.
I see enough evidence to conclude that Dapperdan is the original creator of this final image. Until someone shows me otherwise.

I've seen the Ric Debut offered by different vendors, and they all claim it is a NEW machine. First, can anyone actually verify if this is true? And second, if it really is a NEW machine, why is it so inexpensive? Third, is it any good? These are just curiosity questions. :-)
