    Default info on Double Face or Dr. A7

    I have not yet bought any machines. I'm completely hooked thanks to Tatooedlady :twisted: . I have been looking on E-Bay, Stealth website, etc. I'm interested in Double Face and Dr. A7. Any info that anyone could give me about either of those machines would be greatly appreciated!!

    Thanx;
    Chris :smt040

    I was just looking for info on Dr. A7 last night. Couldn't find much. Here's a link to what little info there was on the manufacturer's site:

    http://cm.kaerunet.co.jp/hp/new_worl...&year=1998

    Here's translation. As usual the translation engines don't do a very good job.

    "ƒAƒXƒgƒƒ‰ƒCƒi - it appeared simultaneously with 7, the mountain ² typical existence of 7 line machines. BIG bonus probability of setting 6, 1/176.2 you call actualizing the high probability of wonder only of 7 lines. The flag check function and production due to LED of ƒhƒLƒhƒL which adopts the flat tire to game characteristic called big echo."

    It appears that the A7 has seven line payout, but looking at the picture, it's not obvious how those 7 lines work. It doesn't look like they are in the same arrangement as the Net machines.

    Well, HOTDOG, she's out of the shadows and posting with the rest of us! Mornin' Hollywood, and thank you for asking the people that KNOW this stuff instead of depending on the little that I can pass to you. :wink:
    gwarzin, I THINK I found the answer to how it's a 7 line payout...it's the standard 5 line plus a "y" formation, if I'm seeing this right...looks like the "y" is top left, middle, right, and bottom left, middle right.....oh, wait...looks like diagonal lines are doubled all the way across?? Double payout for diagonals?

    I never had a Dr A7, so I don't know much about it, but here is my description for my Double Face. I have one left in my ebay store. It's item number 6142939372.

    Double Face 2 is a great looking and playing machine. The theme is the sun and the moon or day and night, but the thing that really sets this one apart from others is the possible 1,000 token payout!. Double Face 2 features something called "assist time", a bonus round called "Star Rush" and a 2nd bonus round called "Ultra Star Rush". From what I can tell with my limited skills of unscrambling Japanese (if anyone can help translate Japanese, let me know!), assist time kicks in after every 20 minutes of play. The machine has a time built in and keeps track. Every 20 minutes, it takes you into assist time, where it gives you hints on what it wants you to try and hit on the reels. This will allow you to win tokens during this time very easily. The star Rush will get you around 120 tokens, during 8 rounds of play. The Ultra Star Rush bonus gives you 2 sets of bonus games and gives you a chance at a 1,000 token payout!

    Along with the above features that make this machine a great one, it features a very crisp LED display and cool sounding "spacey" music. It also has lights that go around the entire machine, from the bottom to top on the sides and across the whole top. To finish it off, it's a 1, 2 or 3 token model, so you can play just the middle line, all 3 lines across or 5 lines of play, just like in Las Vegas.

    Mornin' time, Arby! V-Day was alright, no blanket piggies here, but I don't mind the "boring" days anymore...anything that doesn't get me rilled up is fine by me at this point! Today I think I'll be trying my hand at soldering without burning down the house...maybe follow the steps that were followed on putting in a volume mod on Yeti and add one to Marine Carnival so I can PLAY it? :lol:

    Have a bucket of water handy :lol: incase you need to cool down :lol:
    I always need to burn one of my fingers to do the job right. once I drop the hot iron in my lap, you should have heard Big Ed, he would not come see me for a week.
    So now I just sacrafise a finger to the hot iron god. I hate it when Big Ed throws water all over my lap. :-(

    See....my buddy gave me the lowdown early on....said "don't drop this thing on your lap, it's HOT!" so I figure if it stays on the table, or the hot, smokin' end stays in the air or just touches stuff when/where it's supposed to....I'll be a-ok! Maybe I can tell the iron that YOU are gonna do the burn sacrifice so I don't have to? :wink:
