    Default NO PAYOUT EVER....Please help.

I just purchased this machine and have been playing the heck out of it. I bought it from a private party. Not once has it given me a payout. Not even a single ball. Here's what I know about it. Its a Sankyo with the LED in the center, near the shooter knob it says FF and on the LED I've seen it display FEVER III I don't know if this is the name of the game. Everything (lights sound and video) seem to work fine. When I hit a line (like on a slot machine) it goes nuts but NO PAYOUT. I have checked the connections on the payout motor but never seen it rotate. I have opened the front and dropped a ball in each pocket. No jams and the hopper has balls in it. Please help its no fun anymore, I need payout.
    Thanks

there could be a ball jammed somewhere in the payout system,

a tech rep told me to turn the machine upside down and tap it a few time on the stand or table.

sometimes this will loosen a jammed ball.

or you could have a faulty payout motor or solniod

i had one that couldn't be fixed, the dealer took it back and replaced it.

I am going to try the upside down method now. Do you know where I can get the Part? What is the best way to test for No Payout. All info is greatly appreciated. Thanks Tom

look at the back of the machine, you will see a clear plastic piece with two rows of balls in it.

the payout motor is right below that. make sure the eletric connector is plugged in good.

Thats exactly where I had my last problem also. Turns out a ball was stuck in there and I had to take it all apart. But all is fine now !

Where was the ball stuck at? In the Motor assembly?

one line pays regular winnings usually 7

the other pays out jackpot winning usually 15

if you are handy with this type of repairs you can remove payout motor {usually and few clamps or screws} and check the lines to make sure they are clear,

remember balls will be falling out as you take it apart.

the motor assembly may be jammed or broken, if you take it apart be careful and pay attention how everything goes back together.
