That is a Sigma machine, I think
It has a bonus like a IGT Wheel of Fortune machine.
For $50 it would be worth getting to see if it is repairable, its could be something stupid.
If it was near me, I would grab it in a hot second.
It looks like it is missing the player data section just below the award glass, which is not a big deal. You don't need that to play the machine.
