Kiai available for order in Japan.

As you may have notice, Kiai was unreachable for some time.

I had a machine waiting since December 3 in his end, he had to order a new cardboard box to ship it, and I had was unable to get news from him.

I finally got some news, and I would like to share it with you.

Kiai had an other online business for student, and he decided to close it. He got some hard time trying to reach every student to give refund throw different method, and unfortunately, He seem that he had to put aside a little bit his export business during this.

After I've been able to contact him through an other email used for the refund request for students, he replied to me instantly throw this email and apologized for the delay. He said to me that he would send the machine as soon as possible.

After some of days following this reply, he issued a refund throw Paypal because the time limit for refund throw Paypal was near the end, then he sent me back the invoice for the machine and shipping.

Now I have the tracking number and the machine is on the way, and I just order a new machine some minute ago using his services. I will let you know how it's going.

We talk a bit, and he allowed me to let you know that he can now take orders again for machines and so on.

So, feel free to email him with your request.

I know that some of you may have been annoyed by not getting reply from Kiai, I certainly understand that, I was myself particularly concerned about not having any reply, with my machine on hand and $300. I would consider it an unfortunate event, but with good end.

The machine is on the way, actually just released by Canadian custom yesterday (Jan. 18th), so I should get it next week.

So far, Kiai has been the better, and only choice for sending machine from Japan. If the machine is too heavy, he can remove the 100v transformer, ship it in two box, find a solution. something other similar company which export don't do.

Thanks for the update Tilion, I know you were nervous about your situation. It has always been said on this forum that Kiai was an agent that could be depended upon... glad to know that is still the case.

I guess sometimes life just has a tendency to get in the way of the best intentions. Good luck!
