Error 4 on Elvis Pachinko ?

Hi Guys and Girls,
I recently received some Elvis machines, the machines work but I do get a error 4 on the backside of the machine ? I give it reset but nothing seems to help, it doesn`t paymout, anyone familiar with this problem ? please post it here.

I had the same problem a while back too!

Well to fix it and make it pay out balls...

Look at the top of the ball loading tray and there is a small rectangle button-like thing that you can press in. As long as you have enough balls to keep that thing pressed in or you some how keep it pressed in yourself then there will not be a #4 error after it pays out and everything will payout accordingly afterwards.

I will try this evening to see if it works out well by holding that rectangle button, it seems that the loading system for the hopper needs a lot of balls to keep pressed the rectangle button ?

YES everything is ok now

I only filled the hopper with balls, give it a hard reset to prevent his memory of paying out so many balls, and voila error 4 has gone

Sometimes errors are so easy if you know what to do

By the way I love this machine, the original Elvis songs is really great to hear in a pachinko
