Hello 6Vash9, what brings you to PachiTalk
I'm very hooked into pachinko, and I found this forums for gaijins, so i'd thought that I might find somebody to hang out to play pachinko together lolz

How about you tell us a bit about yourself, 6Vash9.
I'm 21, currently a foreign student living in Tachikawa, Tokyo. A chinese Malaysian. Can speak 4 different languages which are Malay, Cantonese (not that fluent), Japanese (JLPT 2) and of course English =D

Yes, most of the members are from the States. The site owner is in Greece and we have a few Brits that are very involved and a few scattered Europeans. The love of Pachis is what binds us and many of us have become good friends.

Maybe you could provide some insight to us... as many of us just dare to dream of actually going to a parlor to play.

If i was a student in Tokyo i would go around all the Pachinko parlours and get every thing that i could for free.
Like game play leaflets, posters anything.
Then i would put it on the Pachitalk auction and make myself some cash
you would be suprised what rubbish we will buy.
If it's from a Pachinko parlour chances are we will buy it.
If not it has cost you nothing

@dattia: Yeah, I guess thats my advantage, and I spent almost most of my time playing pachinko and my total winnings are 400,000yen which is around $4k+ lolz

@derek1960: Really!? I was kinda finding ways to make money, but if this really works, i'd be more than willing to get their pamplets and game guide books, as they provide them for free. But I wonder if the people here would want japanese guide books for pachinko as they can't read =/

@mudfud: Travel agents in Japan unfortunately I don't know any. My dad owns a travel agent company but its based in Malaysia. And yes, I would be more than glad to show you around. But you'll haveta tell me your travel dates and confirm with me at least 1 month+ earlier as i've got work and if I put my shift in, I can't skip work (Japanese working culture is REALLY tough) and also i've got college, but i'm free after 5pm

Hey pal, it's nice to see another malaysian here. My name is c.k. and i`m from kl. Pal i`m new to pachinko collection and i`m actually sourcing a few units of modern pachinko machine for home use. Since you're in japan just wanna check with you do you know any source/website where i can buy modern pachinko machines? I`m looking for the Ferrari CR, Star Wars or the 007 James Bond (or any newer machines is fine too). I've found some reputable seller but they are all based in USA. Was thinking it should be much cheaper if i can get directly from japan. I have friends that does import cars from japan to malaysia so every month they have container to bring in cars. I've talk to my friend and she's agreed to let me TUMPANG her container to ship in the machines. I can even provide free shipping for you if u need to bring in 1 to malaysia too.
