    Awesome video! Thanks!

I'm digging into my first Model A-- the single shot-- and this is a great start. I really think the A recycling concept is cool and don't understand why they abandoned it. I'll be looking for more of these machines (and finding them, and acquiring them like a naughty boy). Is Nishijin the only maker that utilized this?

Anyway, if you could ever put together another great video on the A single shots, that would be superb!

This reminds me, I can't find any date info on the machine. It's more metal than plastic, like the ball bins and such. Will that info get me in a range of years? Can't be earlier than early 60s, right?

Thanks again for the great vid.

there has been lots of talk about y the Model "A" was droped.. i think the concensus was to keep the balls clean.. having a machine that recycled the germs would have been unhealthy..

i have a single shot buried in the corner.. its allot more simple then the "A" in this vid.. ill shoot something for ya an post it

    Excellent video!!

I also like how your mopar made a cameo appearance at the very begining and again at the very end.

Another great video - I always wondered about the window in the front, it's very clear what it's for. Since I'm used to the Model B, the video is really interesting to me.

I also noticed your current avatar in the background of the video.

one thing to remember about that little window in the front on 'B's" at least is that the flag lowering mechanism also stops from balls entering the shooter area from the front tray

the fact that the balls are stopped from entering the shooter area was a minor source of frustration for me when i first got into the hobby. i had just acquired a machine (wasn't even aware of this forum yet) and loaded it up with balls but none would flow into the shooter. the mech. had been disconnected in the back so the flag stayed down and after some time i figured it all out...
