    actually, i'm a conservative in this socialist republic of berkeley.

    my motivation for electric is to become more self sufficient, like off grid if possible, and to get the FREE electricity from the sun. I would still have to burn some hydrocarbons for high energy projects. am looking into a solar water preHeater for the remodel this year. capturing some more free sun energy to preheat the water.

    p.s. I was all for cutting down the trees by the stadium. those guys were just plain losers. tree sitters, hey get a real job.
