Yes, I won...or lost (my wife) depending on how you look at it !

I paid for it that night, but haven't got anything on delievery info. I'm kinda excited about this one, something a little different then the rest

The Pic below shows Pallot #1 in what I call my "Battleship" Cabinets. Each of those top hoppers will hold 7000 Sphere's. Dave's Dongle is a MUST with this machine.

BTY and FYI. The reset key in the Pallot is the same one used on the new Sankyo Indiana Jones Pachislo.

make sure that you get a transformer to drop line voltage from 110 to 24. mine did not come with one, and it had a plug that would conveniently plug into the wall and ZAP the machine

dave rob's dongles are the BEST. he engineered a module to plug in back and let you use the front buttons that the parlors use to dispense balls on your machine. search for dongle. there's a video on the front page of the forum, too.

there was an issue with slow ship for a couple members, but they seem to be more reliable now. they have a direct website, too. Homepage my dad, who's an experienced wood worker, said that he would not make them, even for me, at $100. I upgraded the wall model, since I wanted the ball catcher section at the bottom, and added the triangular feet.

ttc - yes, I have a palot, but the father-in-law said at the party "well, if you insist on getting me a pachinko, I want one like that " you see, we can break down the resistance of even the crotchety ones with time and pachinkos... he will come to the dark side, or is a palot on the light side, the middle side ?

I guess, by the fact you are using the cabinet, that the dimensions of a palot are the same as a pachinko?
I'm also guessing that a dongle is used in a palot, like a pachinko with a ball loan system...did not know that! I have a couple for my Star Wars games, perhaps a couple more wont hurt

Not exactly a merging of pachinko and pachislo, just a pachislo machine that runs on pachinko balls.

A palot is for those parlors that don't want to invest in tokens, token handling equipment and other things, yet have pachislos in their establishments. It fits in the exact same space a pachinko machine does and uses the same parlor attachments.

these are nice cabinets, too, if you like the tray in the bottom that slides in and catches the balls.

also well made and nice for finishing.

I had one come with my star wars machine. fits the japanese plastic ball trays just right.

New to the collection...

Shipping seemed to go well, some small package dings. The game has some small scratches by the right reel, but overall good shape. The light show in attract mode will cause a seizure, but pretty cool!

price is $240 shipped, which isn't bad for this nice machine.
