so this year i have decided to lose some weight and get in better shape

I've never been one for making New Years Resolutions, but maybe this year I WILL try and take better care of myself health and fitness wise, there must be a reason why I get every cold going around...

I don't smoke, so I can't give that up or drink to excess, that just leaves Coffee and Chocolate and there's no way I can function if I give those up!!

I resolve to try and stop being such a hard taskmaster on myself, although I know I'll never learn to delegate when it comes to work, Control Freak?? Moi??
