We're supposed tot get some nasty weather tomorrow too. It may be snowing here... and it should be sunny and 78 when hubby's plane touches down in Cairo.

Hmmm... I'm thinking I should have gone with him... but I wouldn't want to spoil his vacation like that!

We are having a particularly bad time with the snow over in the UK,

Luckily where I live, we have managed to avoid the worst so far, but it is bitterly cold and lots of heavy snow
and disruptions to travel and schools, etc

and I am anxiously awaiting delivery of something that is travelling a few hundred miles to get here,
delayed because of the weather...

i remember the Chicago blizzard of 1967, 26 inches of snow in 24 hours.

I got stuck at my buddies house for 3 days!!!

un-believable!! the news people say the only reason we didnt get snow was because our air was too dry! this is the first time in a long time that we have dry air and the temperature will be in the teens!! It snowed south of us!
