I don't know why Nebraska is always excluded but you can sell to people there also. I always hate to see possible buyer/players excluded when all the major sellers are in the know and selling to those people legally!

I know it is weird, but Ebay flagged the listing and I had to put the antique slot machine disclaimer in the description. I guess next time I will not put 'slot machine' in the description. I see others putting 'slot game machine' to get past the robot flagger.

So where is THE list of states that pachislo are banned or a list of legal states? I will sell the machine to anyone it is legal to ship to, I had to copy and paste the disclaimer to get the item listed.
If you pick it up you can be from any state.
I drove to Cinci for my first Spin Luck, I still fondly remember the day.


This one for sale is actually the better of the three I own. I am not thinning the herd of the weak one, rather I am after the funds for xmas and I need a new print head ($535) for my Epson 7600.
