I don't have any Sankyo's yet...I'm sure someone else can help, but I can tell you that you should get that WD-40 as far away from your machine as possible.

if the problem you have is that the balls won't load from the tray into the shooter mech,that is because the ball hopper is empty.you need weight in there to push the rod down.

I have a Sankyo that is almost exactly like the one you have mechanically. I had some trouble that was similiar to what you are experiencing. On my machine it was a mis-alignment between the wire that protrudes through the machine from the back to the front.

My suggestion... Open the front doors and use a small screw driver and manipulate the levers through the same hole that the wire from the back sticks into. Make sure these levers move freely. This make take a 'small' amount of force to make happen but not too much.

Then check to make sure that the 'hopper empty' levers are able to move the wire in the correct direction when the hopper is empty.

Now, the wire that protrudes though has a small downward bend in it so that when you close the front doors it will slide under the door release lever. Make sure this wire is positioned and bent correctly.

That should be all that it takes to make it work. If not.. get some close up photos and I look to see if I can find the issue.
