A few weeks ago I ordered a machines from:

Stealth Home Amusement
Milt Cohen
1150 University Ave
Building #5
Rochester, NY 14607
888-798-1761 (Toll-Free), 585-271-3844 (Office), (demos@rochester.rr.com) E-mail
www.stealthhomeamusement.com, www.planethollyweb.com

The machine came pretty hard handled by Fedex.
I inventoried the damage; cracked box, hopper floating loose, reels loose, panels off.

I email Milt and he got back to me in a few hours. He offered to do a pickup tag and refund. Well you know me, I preferred to do all repairs myself, I get the case all fixed. I reframed the box glued the crack, held with clamps for 48 hours. I cleaned up everything and plugged it in.

Dead, I checked the cord, it had juice, I checked the power supply, deader than a door nail.

Milt sent me out a replacement power supply right away. Got it two days, replaced the power supply, pulled the reels and replaced all bulbs, reset reel rake and fine tuned it for quiet run.

I realize I didn't have to do all this, and that Milt was more than willing to pick it up and refund or replace with comp. But I liked the machine, and now it is better than new.

The point here is that it would have been really cheaper for Milt to recall, I wanted to repair and give this poor machine life. So he worked with me. No bone yard for it.

Moral of this story, where ever you buy from, make sure they have a good rep. for service after the sale.
