    Default Is this complete?

Vintage Japanese Pachinko Pinball Arcade Machine Anime - eBay (item 250534040647 end time Nov-30-09 12:00:46 PST)

It doesn't have a top tray in back but it doesn't look like it ever had one.

I like the little track to return your winner ball back to you. If it still has that and the wireing why would the other parts be gone?

Look at the power system and lights on the back.
This was certainly a single shot conversion.

I am not sure the seesaw mechanism is all there, either. the lower left window thing where you can see the jackpots roll out, is missing the plastic window frame... and those lights and wires...

it's a franken pachi... I wonder what the wires and lights actually do?

I wonder if the payout system is even still in it or if it just feeds the losing balls back ti the top tray. if you look at the closeup shot of the window from the front I think it has been removed

If that machine was local, i would like to take it on as a project.

But I would not buy this machine and expect it to work...
Although the upper tray is missing, it may not need it, considering how the losing balls are actually recirculated to the middle tray. (All model a's do this!)

Interesting machine, but with shipping... I'll pass.

Go to pachinkoman.com and look at Bill's collection of Nishijin A Front Overflow machines and you will see a nearly identical machine, including play field. Compare his pictures of #0048 with this machine and you will see that lots of parts are missing, both front and back.

A bunch of stuff is missing - should have the same parts as an A machine.

I think they stopped the auction and relisted it. I don't think he intended for it to be "buy it now"...

Boy - FrankenPachi is correct on that one. From the first full length picture of the back it sure looks like there was an upper tray at one point, there is a discolored outline there and some staple holes, but it looks like it's been modded to work without it.

For some reason, in looking at it I think it might work the way it is modded, but I don't think I would go for it with the asking price plus shipping. If you could get it cheap and pick it up locally, it might be interesting from a curiosity standpoint, but I think I would try to return it to standard or use it for parts.

On the other hand, the cell is in good shape and everything looks clean...

The Christmas light was probably added for display purposes to backlight it.

Otherwise, thats one hell of a jackpot light!!
