Default Still looking for a payout unit

I am still looking for the pay out unit for my Marilyn Monroe machine. Original owner(No contact) made this cyclic and REMOVED the payout unit(that was totaly dumb!) Part # according to my manual is XS1-1542. This unit has a 9 wire plug: 8 brown & 1 white. I have been told that this pay out unit is also used in other Sankyo machines - not just the Marilyn Monroe(?) If you have this part or knowledge of where to obtain one, please contact me.

Here's an idea , I have a spare Lumina and Bisty frame. why not put the cell in a fully parlor frame ?

    P.S. I live in California

Thanks for your reply. If I understand what you are saying(and somewhat new to this - I may be a little ignorant) you are suggesting to change out the "cell"(?). Would it not be cheaper and less envolved to just obtain the pay out unit? i had someone who was nice enough to send me one to try but unfortunitly it was the wrong unit(8 wire plug - not 9) PM If you would like to discuss this further... I am in Arizona.

Depending on the mods done to your frame, it might be more than just adding the payout motor.
Sometimes other alterations are made inside the frame, and yes the cell (i.e. playfield) is removable from the frame.

I do not have an AVATAR. My birth location was set up to be SPAIN. I have resided 45 years in Arizona. Curious as to why this mattered??? and then had others carry on with comments. This site seems to be a little too envolved with personal stuff, all the links and mumbo jumbo. I just signed up to find a part for my machine. I was told the best site to use - not too sure??

Curse you Hanabi, you beat me by a minute! I'll see you after school!

Dude, chill, absolutely nothing personal. If you spend very much time on this board, you'll see we have a tendency to go off topic regularly, no harm intended. If you took offense to anything I've said, I apologize.

I see you've got your location set to Arizona now, it helps because we have people all over the world, sometimes there might be someone in your area that can provide more help or might have something you want (shorter shipping or personal pickups are always better )

No offense taken by either of you. Email sites are just not my life. Again, only using this site to find a part for my Pachinko machine(and that has been very frustrating!!) No worries - keep on sharing your thoughts.
