broken payout , drew a diagram of issues

Ok, sorry to post a new thread. I have been reading a bunch on here looking everywhere for a tip on stuck or broken payouts. the machine seems to working all but payout. put some balls in top tray. they go through back to payout slot. I put balls in the start catch until all the lights go nuts and as soon as they do i hear a click. its a little box with four wires going o it, and a black, red, and green spot for wires to connect, only there aren't wires.they are labeled 1, 2 and 3
also upper right back of machine is a small area with two more ports. these are blue and white,
its driving me nuts because it seems sooo close to working.
any help would be AWESOME!

I have a Heiwa machine with the exact same design from 1991. You may want to try disassembling and cleaning the payout mechanism. It comes apart in sections, so you shouldn't have too much trouble if you don't take too much of it apart at once. This machine type has a mechanical payout system very similar to the vintage machines.
