Default Gameroom "name your price sale"

This place is near me in Mt Clemens, MI
GAMEROOM "NAME YOUR OWN PRICE" SALE
I am going to go there tomorrow to see if I can get a good deal on a slot machine.
Here is their website - Games People Play - Everything for the Gameroom!
They have a vintage pachinko in their antique arcade section.
Last time I was there, they had much, much more than they show on the site.

    Negative at this place.
But I kinda knew that going in, I have been there before and the guy wants top dollar for everything.
I thought the guy was really going to bust loose on the pricing after reading his ad.

His "name your own price" stuff was a bunch of broken down machines that are either good for parts or you would need to buy parts for them which would end up costing more than you could buy them for complete.

After I made the guy 5 different offers on different machines that were working (he turned down every one), his wife came over and started talking to me.
She said he keeps buying up surplus machines and unless he will live until he is 500 years old, he will never sell them.

He is just waaaay too high on everything, but the guy is sitting on a gold mine of stuff.

He did have a stack of Pachislos that he said he would sell for $25 each, but they were all really old machines.

I wish I had a dollar for everytime I came across a seller (and I use that word with caution) who has a load of old machines (pinball, pachinko, you name it) that he was 'one day' going to fix up and sell for top dollar. In the meantime, you get offered it for about 75% of that price he believes he'll one day achieve (read: way over the market value).

Collectors LOVE collecting - not selling.
There is always another machine around the corner...
