Default need help/infos with Slots from IGT

    Hi there,

i want to buy a Slot from IGT for home use but need some informations before.
Can someone tell me the main differences between those technics?
    IGT S-Plus Reel Slots
IGT S2000 Vision Ready Reel Slots
    IGT S2000 Reel Slots

A coin comperator is always in the machine, true?

All these machines payout tokens/money - a ticketprinter is just in a casino.

If i buy such a machine i can play at home as long as i like or are there some things i had to watch for?

Maybe some guys of u can post some links where i can see the gameplay of these machines - i am interested for the sound between the differend technics.

At least, thx for the help and any tipps u give me before i buy the wrong machine. Maybe u know a good shop where i can buy such slots and which also delivers to Europe/Austria.

Well I hopes this helps alittle. I have owned or played slots for over forty years. I have always been a coin man but recently changed my opinion on that. If you do not know it these machines all work on our electical current. I do not know what you have.
I would reccomend that you take a look at rmslots.com as they have a wide variety of slots and offer free tech support. (you pay the phone bill)
I have bought from them and am very pleased.

Now for some of your other points. Not all machines have a coin mechanism in them. As a matter of fact I was always a fan of the coins because of the sounds of the payoffs. But that being said after you play them for awhile and your hands are filthy from the coins I have changed my opionion and am now in favor of credits or the new paper in paper out. They do sell these machines and they come with Paper inserts that pay out 5000 paper credits.
I do not know whether or not you know it or not but all of the machines have a battery that they run on when you turn them off. If you leave credits on the machine it will run the battery down sooner. Some of the batteries are easy to replace and some you almost need a tech to replace. I would certainly not try it on the soldered in ones. Their are alot of qualified people on this site that would.
If you did not know it the weight on these machines start at around 250 pounds and goes up from their. Rmslots will crate and ship it for you. I really like the tech support with their sales.
If you look at the pictures on the site you will be impressed with the selection. If you do not like what you see they get new machines all the time. Hope this helps you alittle.

I am sure they will also sell you more paper payout slips as they come in bundles.

    thx for the information!
I came from Austria so i need a 230V power supply - i think it should possible to change the transformator - some one here did it before?
Thx also for the link - i mail them.
Which technik uses the paper chash out?
Which technik/Modells have a coin comperator?
Means Vision Ready that u can connect the Slot with others to a multi-jackpot or does it mean something else?
Is S-Plus or S-2000 the newer technik?
How does the technican in the casino rest the win if u get one which is over the payout of the machine - did i need a key or a card for that?

Over the reels - are these the speakers?

They come with a reset key. If you leave the credits on the machine and turn it off you will run the battery down alot faster. RMslots is closed on Sunday and Monday and you probably will not hear from them until at least tuesday. All of your questions on their machines can be answered by them. I know alot more about the old machines before 1955 than I do the new ones.
