Sorry this is taking so long, not much of a typist and I wish I had two more of me to take care of the other things I can't get to.

Anyways, taking off the tulip's lever cover to dismantle the assembly.

This is some more of the payout assembly.

This part got a little tricky, the payout ball rocker assembly and the payout assembly have to come off together or at least that's what I had to do because you have to turn the long lever in between from the payout assembly 45 degrees to pull it out from the payout ball rocker assembly.

    So on with the pull-a-part...

A few more parts to take off before the two assemblies come off.

The discard ramp and the payout tray box.(If i'm not naming the parts right please feel free to correct me. The sooner I learn the name of these parts the better I can name the parts on my next pachinko)

Guide plate for the player tray to payout tray, ball discard bracket, shooters lever tension spring, off.

Now, I was trying to take off the shooters lever and notice it had a grip like loc-tite on steroids and I wanted to see if anyone had any success with taking this apart, then I remembered Shocksystem's thread on his pachi tear-down and his 12-rounder with this part and decided...I should just leave this one alone and clean it the best I can where it sits.

I used a brasso on some parts but like the tension spring it wasn't enough, so I broke out a #260 sanding sponge and rubbed off what rust I could (not too bad I think).

The shooters lever bracket I wiped with a damp rag of Simple Green and water then back over with brasso then a dry rag to wipe the excess off.

You can see the guide bracket put back in place with flat head wood screw (4 x 1/2). This is the screw I chose to put all the parts back on with.

This part took some doin. The payout ball assembly has all these levers and rods on it so out come the Q-tips (I used many on this machine) dipped in Simple Green and water and got into all the tight spots as far as I could. And the parts I could get off I hand washed and dried.

The rods I rubbed with brasso to get the rust off and #260 grit on the ones that had heavier rust spots before I used the brasso.

The payout assembly polished with brasso then connected back with the payout ball assembly and I placed both back on the machine but not to screw the payout assembly to the back yet.

I'm pointing at that tab, a lot of times I get go through a project without breaking something and this tab was my lastest victim. Tried putting a screw here, didn't work out, so I super glued it back into place. can't tell it was broken unless you really tried looking hard enough.

Used the #260 grit sandpaper on the ball discard shoot and finished it off with brasso and put it into place then screwed the payout assembly secure.

Now for the recycling tray, a few thing with this one. First used alittle super glue in a crack on the side which it helped some, then as you can see in two of the picks that a piece is broken where the top part of the...I guess you call it the ball guide bracket...screws on to. And a nail was used to hold the bracket in place.

Bought a long enough screw to take it's place and a nut to tighten in the bottom hole, and it snugged down quite nice.
