Pachislo USA - Above and Beyond

I ordered an Azteca Legend from Pachislo USA last weekend and asked them if they could have the machine out to me by this past Saturday for a big party we were planning. They had the machine ready to ship on Wednesday, but apparently the UPS guy didn't show up for two days. Robert tracked down the problem Thursday night (substitute driver). Here's the great part. He went the extra mile to make it right and shipped it next day air. It showed up 8:30 Saturday morning in perfect condition!! It is great doing business with a company who strives for customer satisfaction. They're earned future business from me and I highly recommend them! :grin:
