I had to vote nuetral on this one. I have never dealt with them directly. I hear (from this site) that there is some concerns from time to time with there machines and/or service. I have purchased some machines at Ollie's, and I believe the get them from this vendor and they seem fine to me...just a little black paint needed for the cabinets...but then again I picked the best 3 out of 15 or so they had there.

All the machines I have received from them have been very clean inside and out, I guess I am just lucky. The worst problem on a machine I got from them was a few chips out of the wood on one, and two bulbs missing from one machines reels that showed up after removing the hopper, Fed Exs tender loving care  . But I must say I am very pleased with the quality of their machines. They do tend to have poor service though, and you can't get anything done by email with them from my experiance, you have to call definately or they give you the runaround. Also anyone know if they honour the free replacement bulbs for life as said on there auctions? Do you have to pay shipping? Do they cover just the small ones or belly glass ones too? Any info greatly appreciated.

I bought my first 2 machines from them via Ebay. That was before I even knew about this forum or anything much about Pachislos, so I was somewhat worried during the second week after the order and I hadn't heard if the machines were shipped. They were prompt when I won the bid, and prompt in notifying me that they had received my money, but not so prompt in shipping. When the only answer I got from my first 3 emails was:
Allow 3-5 working days to process and ship and 4-7 days for delivery.
I called them. I must say, they were friendly enough on the phone. Everything had been shipped and they gave me a tracking number, and sure enough, it all got here in great shape and packed well. No problems with either machine, they just could use either quicker shipping, or better customer comunications. I'd say, it went well, but plan on some time for the delivery, although, I was surprised at how many "quick shipping" comments are on their feedback.

    wolfsblood-

How do you like your Wild Wolf. I like mine, but he is very hungry...he eats up a lot of tokens...and he protects them very well, rarely giving them away.

I am neutral. My Batman Pachinko was from them. It came scratched and I had to request another bowl. It too came scratched. The auction picture WASN'T the same one sent. I buffed out both reasonably well. A few other items they should have fixed, but instead used duct tape. Maybe it was from Japan that way, don't know.

I would buy again, but certain vendors I just am willing to pay or bid less from.

Utopia, I thought my wildwolf was the only one with such a voracious appetite, I have it set on 6 and it does eat more than it gives out. That being said I have to say it is a very fun machine to play, and in my opinion one of the coolest looking, with the multi color reel lights, the big reels, and the cool l.e.d. , and the awesome glass. I would recommend one to anyone, and I would like to see it in the museum also if possible.

    Wolf-

It's in the museum. I asked Tulsa the other day...and he hooked us up! I would also give it a thumbs up...just be prepared to feed it early and often!

I've gotten bad machines from two OTHER vendors held in very high esteem here on the forum. But, SlotUSA sent me a beautiful machine! Well packed and spotlessly cleaned up. (Don't want to beat a dead horse (sorry Arby  ) with this as have posted my comments in other forums re this vendor, too.)

They were the slowest on shipping, but within the times they posted as saying it would go out so no real complaint is valid. Because the machine was in such great shape, I did not have to deal with them via phone or email so cannot comment on that.

I would buy from them again without hesitation. Check their feedback --you don't get that many positive feedbacks with a 99.5 rate without doing a pretty darn good job. Also, if you look at their negatives, a lot of those had to do with shipping and people not understanding the feedback system.

everybody has their good and bad days,

and a lot of the time it is ups or fedex tossing the machine around.

slotusa is slow on shipping, but they stand behind their product.

I don't think their a bad vendor. I just think there are better ones. Now when you factor in the price in generally less than you'd pay a better vendor it tends to all even out. I think of them, like a do it yourself kit store. If you don't mind doing all the cleaning and waiting two weeks to get it, go for it. I don't believe they'll ever stiff you or not send the machine at all and if it arrives not functioning they will take care of it. I guess I've just come to expect less from them.

    Default Slot USA

I bought parts from Slot USA and 2 machines. The first one was perfect and looks great. One week delivery. The second one arrived today and it had a rough ride with broken plastics and chipped glass. I have had damage thru Fed Ex ground on three machines this month. I called Slot USA tonight and got their answering machine. They don't answer their phones all the time and it goes to voice mail. Very frustrating. Don't make the mistake and dial 800- slotusa instead of 866-slotusa. You get a porn person. I will keep you posted on their replacing the damaged parts. Frank A

    Default Slot USA

I called Slot USA this morning to see what they would do to resolve the damage issues that I had on my delivery yesterday and they are great. Dave is sending me the parts today. They are very easy to do business with and are willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Good vendor. I ordered another game from them. Other then being difficult to get a live person on the phone, it was a great experience again. Frank A

Default Slot USA pachinko balls from Ebay

They shipped about 10 days after the auction ended.
The balls did all arrive, albiet in a broken box (fedex probably broke)
The balls appeared clean at first but after putting them on the table they all had rust coming from them. This might be normal but they're not a great vendor or anything. Their shipping is slow and response to email is seemingly weekly not daily.

i dipped the 2,000 balls i got from slotusa in CLR before i used them. i won them for about 55.00 with shipping, so i was happy.

i just got 1,000 tokens from them for 40.00 plus 10.75 shipping, they were all nice and clean silver ones and really wrapped tight to prevent spilling.

i had bid 40.00 and they sold for more, they sent a second chance offer for the auction for my 40.00 bid.
