    Smile Vintage Takeya Pachinko

Here's a nice vintage pachinko, a Takeya brand which is one of the more uncommon ones I believe

Looks to be in good clean condition and with an interesting cell

Same as a Besta? I bought a Besta last month (topless mermaid theme). This machine is in better condition. I believe it is related to Maruhon.

The Besta I have is the same way - just a little different color blue plastic on that door. I think that is how they made it. I also have a Maruhon where that door is a beige plastic.

I can't believe I bought the stinking thing...bored on a Friday. I need a self help book for pachinko addiction. It does have 611 balls and a ball tray? Is that justification...

Unfortunately, they liked my offer. I am checking into the Betty Ford-san clinic for the pachinko insane soon. I bought 4 machines this week...

None of us ever REALLY do. It's just impossible to resist buying them once you get started. Don't tell the Mrs., but I have eight "rescued" machines hidden around the house, and these are in addition to the 10 she already knows about.

We all really need some sort of professional help... someday!

Ha Ha...Jeff you are SO right.. 8 machines hiding. I'm running out of hiding space.

As far as the Ebay bidding goes, I draw the line at $100. Actually my adrenaline starts going up around $60 and wonder if I'm insane. I should go back to drinking.

It goes without saying really, but I would have paid full asking price for it if it close to me...

I'm at 24 now - need to sell a few. Been trying to sell my electric machines on CL (only sold 1 so far). I want to stick to just the mechanical machines.

This is an old thread, but i just bought this same besta takeya machine. Does anyone know how old it is? Why are they so hard to find information on? Are there parts from more common machines that are compatible?
