Floresent Tube above reels on door - Problem

Hello all, I am new to Pachislo and Pachinko however I have just bought one of each... It really adds to me Games room of Pinballs, Arcade (Vids), darts, airhockey & now Pachislo & Pachinko!

Anyways, here's my problem:

The floresent tube on the door that illuminates the upper reels is not working. It is totally dead. however everything else works 100%.

I bought a new bulb thinking that it that would resolve the issue... but nope! no luck. I think either the ballister or fuse may be gone??? (my Guess).

I don't know where to find the fuse that works this light (perhaps its the 10V main fuse?) alternatively, where can I buy another fixture to replace this one?

I'm affraid to test for power, since I do not know how to do it without frying myself...

Hopefully one of your more seasoned Pachislo hobbiest can help this newbie out.

its possible that tube only lights in bonus rounds or when close to getting one.

I have one machine :Sea God" like that.

Mine unfortunately does not work either?? Must be a bug with this machine. Is there any way to hotwire it to stay on? I know we do this type of thing on Pinball Machines, but this is a little smaller scale?
