Default Stop overload quick & easy

    Having an unlucky game?
Does your ball lifter overload, & spill balls?
Does not winning = spilled balls rolling everywhere?

Just tape a plastic tub over the pay bin.
Cut a hole in the corner if the tub, and tape it over the top of the pay bin.
Mount the tub tilted with the hole pointed down into the pay bin.
*Your ball lifter will never overload(up to 3000 balls)
*Your big wins will payout in one big exciting dump!

nice, but that ball holder is only stapled or small screws on, I don't think it will hold the weight ? overfill it by the weight on top might just tear it off the back of the machine ?

anyway to get the weight transfer to the frame, maybe with brakets ? plumbers straping ? twisted flat stock ?

I'm moving the tub to the top of the frame,
but leaving enough room for the payout display 8-)

Now if only that game cabinet guy would return my emails.
I suspect he's overloaded with work.
His stuff is nice, and his prices are very fair.

This sounds great James! Keep us up to date on the new frame/cabinet that he is doing for you. Be sure to tell him that he has more than just one person that would like one.

Thanks for keeping after this James !

It's just two of his regular oak slot tables with
switched twin plug power outlets, no back side(s),
and door hinges on opposite left & right sides on doors w/o window cutouts.

I'll have a 4-8000 ball reserve inside, while the ball lifter feeds both games.
IF I can't stop and get four games, everything will be modular so adding two more cabinets is easy.
It mostly depends if more non-video mechanical designs are made. It might be a "deceased" game style.

Are those cases able to hold:

    224 pounds of Balls
    100 of machines

    This is rough weighted

I'm communicating with the guy regarding the weight.
    What does 1000 balls weigh?

    4,000 balls weight 28 pounds, so 1,000 be 7lbs.

Hey James this has been mentioned before but I can't remember if it was here or not. You may want to consider adding this ball counter if you can figure it out :

This site also has a few other interesting things to look at :!:

    Thanks azlew :-)
that looks like a good way to go.
I'm sourcing parts from scratch through parts houses.
looking at larger 30mm+ displays to be inlaid into plank wood molding.
Things are kinda on hold until I get my game cabinet.
Ideally, I'd like the display to change color when the count goes from plus(wins) into debt(losses)
