I would love to get into the Pachinko scene, but I need someone to take me under their wing and hook me up with a great deal on an ancient machine that they are no longer interested in for a decent price. Then, based on all of the posts, it sounds like I need to purchase a billion balls to make it fun to play.

I am willing to buy a pachinko (would love to in fact) after I sell my next pachislo, but I need some help and guidance. Any takers? I don't need anything fancy!

    Thanks. ~spooner

First it is a billion and half extra balls, Go for the top LOTRings, that way you will be spoiled for all the rest, ecept maybe Popeye or Jurassic park, or horror mansion. But it be a start.

alway carry a few in your pocket, to play with, it keeps you excited for when you get home. and at work you can share your balls with others.

At home when you hit that switch, you have this ogas-mick release.

 I feel better now and you will to

Wow! Some great advice, however, I did not see any offers of machine deals. Little help? I am ready and willing to spend the money needed for the coolest machine, but I need some advice on this topic. HELP! I am also willing to rebuild a 1960's machine. I just don't know what do to do. Not only that but I feel another ring for the wife coming into play  ~spooner

    Spooner...
    The answer is simple...
Go to the Vintage Pachinko and Modern Pachinko forums and read.
Then go to the Pachinko Museum forum, and read some more.

    Then buy them all.

It's the only way you will be happy!

    for a low intro cost,
I recommend the Alligator game on the block this week by TA.
I'm considering it myself since "MY" Apollo1 is bidding up too fast to snipe :smt010

Thanks again for the advice. I will watch the auctions for a while and hopefully find something that works for me. Then I will have a whole new monkey on my back. ~spooner
