I have installed them on all my machines. They work great. Especially the 50 credit mod. The only drawback is you need to have some soldering skills and some knowledge of wiring and voltage. But Rob will usually help you if he can with the install on points to solder.

so....do you have to cut any of the original wires on the coin mech? And....has anyone done this on an Okazaki machine?

Hi I am Laz. I did these on my machines. I had written up something to make the directions better to under stand for people that has not done this type of stuff before. I sent it to Rob at Pachislo USA. It incorporated into his directions for installed the auto stop and credit modification. Go to his site and look up the directions. they may help you decide if you what to do this mod. and what you may need to do it. After you do one the rest are easy. If you do them and have trouble Rob is great and you can pm me if you need to.

I had installed the Super auto stop mod from Pachislo USA. I had a small problem. I was getting a Cr error. Robert said it was coin mech leads rev. That solved the problem. He is a great guy.

I had a SB party and my Babel kicked out 8 BB or BC in 5 hours on auto stop mode (6). It kicked out over 4500 tokens. One gal had 6 BB in 3 hours.

FYI - I am working on a modification for the SuperAuto stop that will allow you to add it to any machine without having to make any solder connections to the machine itself. When I finish, I plan to make this mod available on this site and probably on the PachisloUSA site as well.

I am really busy, but when I get finished, this will allow you to pop the autostop chip in a socket on a board and use temporary connectors to connect to your machine.

I am doing this for my own benefit, but I am curious to know if anyone else would be interested in this. I don't plan to make any money on it, I just want to give a little back to the community by posting the plans. I may also be persuaded to build a few of the kits for cost if someone is totally solder-phobic.

    Lemme' know! Thanks. ~spooner

Would this have the credit mod on it as well? If not isn't there things like this out there already? I buy the chip just so I can hook up the credit mod part of it.

Yup. I plan to hook up all of the features of the chip ... and yes, there are plug and play auto stops available already but they usually cost about $50 and aren't as full featured.

LOL ... remember, I am not changing the chip, only providing a way to use the existing chip without soldering directly to your machine. Modifying the chip would have to fall under the things to do category :-) ~spooner

It looks like the Auto-Slot guy took the chip and tapped into the wires needed for the mod so you don't have to solder to the board then he shrink wrapped the chip for protection.

I was going to try the Auto-Slot one, simply because I indifferent on the Credit mod and don't really want to solder the board since I seem to buy and sell my machines too often.

What sort of time frame are you looking at Spooner?

What would be the difference between the AutoSlots auto stop and the others ones out there? Other then Pachislo USA with the credit mode. Don't the other ones connect between the connectors somewhere? I only know about the Pachislo USA one that I installed on my Babel.
