Ce error

Machine Name: IREGUI TIME Purchased From: FRIEND

I just got the machine 2 days ago and the first day it worked fine. Last nite it kept having ce error so i clean the coin hopper and then reset the machine it worked til i shut it off. Later i tried to play again and the same error came up so i cleaned the hopper again and it will not reset so i have no idea how to make it work. After the 2nd time it would read cr so i put a token in and it just falls out? When i push the white reset button on the inside the credit display reads numbers 1-6 and changes each time i push the white button or the reset on the door. Please help me.
