Need help with parts!!!

Hey all.

I am currently refurbishing several machines at once. Anyone see a problem coming?

Yes, I have lost a few screws...ok...more than a few.

I am in need of 9 screws...one which will go to a Nishijin B plastic winner (no tulip), four which will go to the plastic tulip in the center under the feature cell of my "Big Mouth" machine, and four which will go to the plastic tulip in the center bottom under the feature of my "Pagoda" Sankyo machine. You can go to "My Toys" album and check them out if need be (or if you just want to look...I've got one Nishjin C that is not there, but the rest represents my current collection)

Anyway, I cannot find the wood screws small enough in the local shops (Home Depot, Lowes, Hardware stores, etc). Apparently, the smallest they carry is #4, and I either need a #3 or a #2 screw.

Note: I believe that these screws will all have flat heads.

Does anyone have parts machines which would allow them to send these screws my way? I will be happy to reasonably compensate for the screws and will certainly cover your postage.

Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?

you might find screws that small in a hobby or crafts store

either that, or you can find all kinds of screws online... searched "small wood screws"

FYI, for anyone who is interested (and judging by the activity on this thread, there are few of you who are), I found a pack of 60 flat-head wood screws at Hobby Lobby this afternoon. The pack was about $1.50. The only problem is that they are Gold rather than Silver, but I'll take 'em.

That doesn't sound like a problem to me. The color will match the nice clean brass nails.

If you go on BoltDepot.com you can find just about any size/thread/material. I found it very useful in the refurbishing of my 75 year old candy machine. Good luck.
