    Default ball launcher problem

hey how it going everyone? everything works on this machine asep for the launcher part of the machine. The launcher motor works. but there is a white box looking thing on the door where the balls come out when the white arm pushes up when u turn the knob but it seems like the ball is not coming out to go on to the black rail where the spring thing launches the ball. there is a white arm(the piece that when the knobs turns it goes up to push into the box lever that releases the ball so that the ball goes on the ramp) that is loose which i think is the problem because my eva 3 piece is not loose when i push down on it. I think i need to open the front panel where the knob, tray, and ash tray is on but i don't know where to start to take it off. any suggestion? i hope i didnt confuse anyone. Thank you

    Hi,
to open the door on the front of the machine where the shooter is, first open
the front of the machine (the glass) then look on the right, there is a
    small metal leaver.
Push it down and the small door will open
This is assuming that you have a door key.
If not all of this can be done from the back of the machine.
    Hope this helps

right, once you open the glass you will find the latch to open the bottom part of the frame. it could just be dirty ramps or something blocking the path.

it works fine just like it would with my other pachinko machine but the ball for some reason is not getting onto the ramp. the tunnels are clear to because it goes all the way to the white box. I think it has to do with the white plastic arm that not pushing it up far enough so that lever on the box is not going all the way up to let the balls fall out of the white box and onto the ramp??? anyone ever had this problem b4?

does anyone have an extra knob motor lieing around???

this link has the exact picture of the white plastic arm posted by musky.
star wars shooter question, before I buy this machine

i think it has to do with the white arm piece in pic 3. in pic 2 i replace that box with my evangelion and it works fine. I took apart the ball launcher motor and the white arm seems really loose. and i try to tighten the screw but that doesn't help. =( idk what wrong with it.

the ball launcher motor works fine like it should, it makes a thunk thunk sounds and if i put a ball on the ramp it goes flying =D. and all the balls that go into the ball feeder right on the bottom of the glass screen goes to the white box in pic 2.

There a piece on the motor that when you turn the knob the cylinder turns and makes the white arm go up(on pic 3). It was out of place and was about a half a inch off of where it was suppose to be(since it was off, the white arm did not fully push all the way up to open the gate that allow the balls to fall through on pic 2). I checked my eva 3 machine to see the difference between them 2 and found out that it was off.

Cylinder: there a roller attach on the left side that when turned it would rub against the white arm(as you turn it clockwise the arm goes higher). kinda works the same way as a camshaft in a motor

I unscrewed the nut on the cylinder to move it in the correct position (originally the roller was not touching the white arm and it was 1/2 a inch below the white arm) i move the cylinder in place making sure that the roller was touching the arm. after it was in place i re tighten the nut.

I hope this explanation makes sense i wish i took pics while doing this
