Craigs List find AREPACHI

Was doing my craigs list hunt when I noticed an arepachi and two vintage pachinkos for sale in Bakerfield, Ca. I called and talked to the owner a nice guy named Bill. He wanted to sell them all together so I purchased all three.
Mopar who was on another trip for a slot ( another story ) was driving back from Reno when I told him. He agreed to go and pick them up this morning. They are on the way home now. Pictures to follow about 2:00pm pacific time. Bill stated after I had paid that he had received three calls already and one wanted to know if a pachi talk member had bought it.
I told him yes he stated that it was funny that he had bought the machines years ago in Washington State and it was funny they were returnning their.

I was very uptight buying them with just the craigs list picture but I got lucky and must of found them within a few minutes of them being posted. Bill wanted to sell all three at the same time and I knew I could not wait for pictures as someone else would jump at buying the arepachi. Mopar has them at his place and he has about got the arepachi cleanned up and it is running well.

Would need to find out exactly how much it would cost to try and get one posted over here

then there's the worry about actually getting it here in one piece too...

Would be nice to look into when I get that extension built though...

and by then hopefully the £ will be better against the $

I am tickled to death with the purchase. My son has it up and running and I will get it the end of the month. It has found a good home and my son will inherit it. I am very happy with the other two also. I gave the one to my son and am going to keep the green one.

If you go to the communtity groups you will see the picture of it along with all of the other ones that people have submitted. Their are alot of neat machines showed throughout the photo albums.

its all up and running but it does have a little glitch..

there are two moduals on the circuit board when i leave them as bought it will not play right.. if i switch them it plays as it should with one exception.. it drops a win token every time another token is instaled to start another game??

more trouble shooting i hope to have it worked out

My arepachi is home. I am totally impressed with the play on this machine and cannot thank Eddie and Mopar enough. It is alot more fun than a regular Pachinko and a pachislo does not even compare.

We just got the thunderbird cased and the lights installed above it and just finished doing the Little man. Pictures attached.

Arepachi is a pachinko style of game that uses tokens as reward insted of pachinko balls..

kind of a conbination of pachinko and bingo... most machines u shoot the balls and tryy to land them into a numbered pocket.. when u get lite numbers in a row more tokens are paid... more numbers more tokens..

do a search for "arepachi" and there are lots of threads about it.. even on ongoing one now about a 28000 doller one...

there is also a realy nice u tube video on the home page from Eddies machine..

These crazy machine can get addictive! I always say to myself Hmmm its been awhile let me play one token now that I have a minute. Then just like Pavlovs Dog there goes another Token and another and before you know it a 60 second chance to play becomes 60+ minutes! Im always hopeing for the elusive all Rows and Columns filled game.
