Hopper drains at each payout
I just purchased this machine and it is the first one i have owned. The machine plays fine until you exceed the 50 credit mark or press the pay button. When either of these are done the hopper runs itself empty of tokens until the "HE" error comes on with the music. I have been resetting the machine when this happens but have never been able to complete a bonus feature since i bought the machine. Please help.

clean your tokens, check the wiring and manually turn the wheel at the bottom of the hopper to make sure its working properly

I am using brand new tokens. The hopper is working ok it just spits out everything that is in it each time it pays out, no matter what the payout is. I took the hopper out and cleaned it a couple times now and the machine still wants to pay out everything each time. I did notice that from the power supply, the hopper is only connected to the blue and white wires. there is a red wire that is not connected to anything, nor is there anything to connect it to as well as a small plug with 2 wires loose as well. neither has anything to connect to that i can see.

In my question asking i answered my question. There was a wire that needed to be attached to the hopper that the person who sold the machine to me never reattached after removing the hopper. Thank you all for your quick responses.
