Nishijin Victory Flag in Ball WIndow - Pics

Hey all,

While I was finishing putting my Nishijin Sophia back together, I noticed a hinged arm that seemed like it would never move on its own. Then I noticed a lever that was attached to it, and the lever to jammed in a crease - as though it was not supposed to be moved.

Well, needless to say, I moved it... When I did, a little flag lowered into the ball window...see the pics below.

I wonder if this is used when a machine is being serviced, or out of order? Cool Little surprise.
