Default Vintage Daiichi New Vangurd - Three Comic

I have a vintage Daiichi pachinko machine that I received as a gift in the 60's as a kid. This is a New Vangurd Hi-Deluxe "Three Comic" machine - it is fully functional, including the low ball and payout lights, has an A/C converter with a 10 ft cord hard-wired for the electrical supply, and I have 200+ original Japanese balls with Kanji characters. There is some minor rust on the fixed hand-rest and the unit could use a good cleaning. The front panel still has the original plastic protection sheet over the plexiglass.

I have no idea what this machine is worth, and wonder if it is worth reconditioning, or would I be better off simply selling it to someone who would appreciate a fully functional vintage machine.

There seems to be a lot of very knowledgable individuals on this forum - can anyone provide their thoughts regarding a potential value and options? Thanks in advance for your assistance, it is appreciated.

    first

    Welcome to Pachitalk

second im sorry to hear your thinking about selling your machine

its tough to say its all about condition... condition..

i have seen nice machines for as little as 5 dollers.. and i have pased on machines for 5 dollers..

the standard machine in standard condition it probaly 35 to 50 bucks... its really about what the play field looks like and how clean it really is... the most i ahve paid for a machine is 45.. but be aware im kinda tight

nice machine can easily sell for over a hundred..

if your serious about selling it post a few pics and i know other members will be more then happy to make u an offer..

one thing i can say is taht brand is usualy a little harder to find .. and usualy have unusual play fields

    good luck to ya

    Welcome to PachiTalk!!

It would be nice to see some pics of your Daiichi

Very difficult to determine what one is worth, as a lot of our members seem to be able to find vintages quite cheaply in the US

A lot will depend on the level of rust, work needed to restore it and also what the cell face is like, some have very interesting centerpieces...

Here are some pictures of the Vintage Daiichi Pachinko machine.

The front glass is not foggy or dirty, it simply still has the original plastic protective layer in place.

Unfortunately I do not have a key for the door. Here are a couple of closer pictures of the playing field. Of course all the tulips are functional.
