Eventually I found this site and i`d like to share it.
It’s a Pachi-decision maker
Seriously... this site stores information about lots up to 2 year old.
And when you see pachinko available at YJA you can check what last winning prices was for the same machine and make a decision for your max bid PLUS you can check how rarely it’s was appeared for sale at YJA and decide to wait another one or grab currently available.

Unfortunately site doe`s not store images most the time so you need to translate description to have better "view".
