need help hanabi fireworks pachinko

hi folks,i have just bought a hanabi fireworks pachinko and although i can play it it wont pay out any award balls ,iv'e also noticed that ther are 2 red led constantly on (led's1&4)please help

Have you put any balls in the payout tray in the top back of the machine? If so, check the track, there is a fork type lever along the ball track if the forks are down in the track tis is preventing the balls from reaching the payout mech.

hi,
i've put balls in the tray, i also stripped the ball shoot down and removed a clump of hair.the metal prongs are not in the way of the balls. but it still wont pay out reward balls.in the bottom left of the machine as you look at it from the back there is a circuit board that has around 8-9 led lights,lights 1&4 are always on.thanks,dave
