Monkey Magic E1

I have a Monkey Magic machine which I hadn't fired up in a long time. I plugged it in, everything was working, and then after opening it up and poking around inside, any tokens I put in now just drop back out.

I have tried resetting the machine every way I know how. I disconnected the token mechanism and reconnected it, but it still stays open and allows tokens to just fall through. No signs of an error otherwise as far as I know (three LEDs are lit on the main board, but I can't remember which ones off the top of my head, and the machine isn't accessible right now).

Any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated!

Hi NoobieMonkey

I believe E1 is a hopper error.
It may be a sensor blocked or dirty. Stuck coin or foreign object. Loose connection. I'd pull the hopper give it a once over and then try turning the key to the right "parlor reset" first. If not try the hard reset again.

Others may have a solution as well.

Thanks Luckydog you were the "others" I was talking about.
I shouldn't have rushed
The strange thing is I just had this happen to me and the olny thing that helped was the parlor reset.
