Well as most probably know, first you have to have on over inflated ego.
Second you must devise a way to get money from people for information that 1) should be free, and 2)they provide for you.
After about 6 months you start being a jerk, then you become unreasonable and unfair in transactions that you conduct.
Next your core group of people must defect to greener pastures, taking with them all that free knowledge that they provide.
Then you slink into their pasture disguised as a sheep, say some flowery words then leave with a warn fuzzy feeling that you are in the right (ego thing again).
Continue to try and convince people to pay you, cut off the access to those that have left you,
and there ya have it the easy steps to a new ranking title.
