My first Ramen ever!
I just ate my first Ramen today. Wow it was good. I have cooked some Chinese noodles now and then and even Yakisoba but never Ramen.
They opened a Ramen bar here and it is the first Ramen bar in this town and maybe the very first in Finland. I'm not sure. There are lot of sushi and wok places but no Ramen bars. They did have Japanese cooks there, some Japanese pop-music and the place was nice. I ate pork, onion and butter Ramen in soy. Just picked the ingredients from the menu.
